Last Week's Games:

(Friday, Jan. 8th @ Allen) Eric Levine turned in his third shutout in eight starts with the Eagles, as he stopped all 32 shots thrown his way in a 1-0 Eagles victory over the Allen Americans on Friday. Forward Johnny Lazo scored the game's lone goal in the opening period of his Eagles debut. Colorado posted a season-low two penalty minutes in the contest.

(Sunday, Jan. 10th @ Allen) Forward Darryl Bootland put the Eagles on the board first, but Allen scored three goals in the second period and five straight, overall, to top Colorado 5-2 on Sunday afternoon. Eagles forward Everett Sheen also contributed a 3rd period goal, as the Eagles went 0-for-3 on the powerplay, while the Americans converted on two of their three opportunities on the man-advantage.

This Week:

(Friday, Jan. 15th vs. Missouri, 7:05pm MST) Colorado faces their former foes from the CHL for the first time since March 9, 2011 when the two teams square-off on Friday night at the Budweiser Events Center. Colorado sports an all-time record of 7-5-2 against the Mavericks, outscoring Missouri 50-46 in those 14 contests.

(Saturday, Jan. 16th vs. Missouri, 7:05pm MST) The Mavericks enter this week's action with the ECHL's best record at 28-3-1-1, including a stellar road record of 15-3-1-1. Missouri has gone 9-0-1-0 in their past 10 games and are led by forward Tyler Barnes, who has registered 14 goals and 20 assists through 33 games this season.

Upcoming Promotions:

(January 15th and 16th - UCHealth "Hockey Fights Cancer Weekend"). Join us at the Budweiser Events Center on Friday, January 15th as the Eagles will don special lavender jerseys when they battle the Missouri Mavericks at the Budweiser Events Center. These jerseys will be auctioned off during the game on Saturday, January 16th to raise money for the UCHealth Cancer Center in Ft. Collins. In addition, the first 3,000 fans in attendance at Friday's game will also receive a free set of trading cards, courtesy of Rise Broadband.

On Saturday, January 16th the Eagles will again be wearing their special lavender jerseys, with those jerseys being auctioned off during the game on the main concourse near the Water Valley Tap. All proceeds will benefit the UCHealth Cancer Center in Ft. Collins. Saturday is also UCHealth T-Shirt Night, as every fan in attendance will receive a free "Hockey Fights Cancer" t-shirt, courtesy of UCHealth.
