
Cincinnati Mighty Ducks Announce Roster Moves

CINCINNATI, Ohio -- The Cincinnati Mighty Ducks were assigned right wing Dan Bylsma by the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim and activated right wing Alexei Smirnov from injured reserve on Thursday.
Bylsma, 33, was scoreless in 11 games with Anaheim this season after returning December 19 from offseason knee surgery. He spent the past three seasons with Anaheim, producing career-high totals with eight goals and 17 points in 2001-2002.
Smirnov, a first-round pick by Anaheim in 2000, missed the last 13 games with a shoulder injury suffered at Utah on December 6. Smirnov has five goals and five assists with 12 penalty minutes in 15 games.
