Chiefs Pick Up Big Win

Johnstown, PA- Dmitri Tarabrin had a goal and two assists to lift the Johnstown Chiefs to a 3-2 win, at the War Memorial Saturday night. The game was delayed forty minutes due to Wheeling's bus breaking down in Wheeling.

Steve Hildenbrand and Dominic Forget also scored for the Chiefs who snapped their four game winless streak (0-3-1). Mario LaRocque and Zenon Konopka scored for the Nailers.

Chiefs goaltender Peter Aubry made 25 saves for his 17th win of the season. Wheeling goaltender Mike Valley made 28 saves for his 16th loss of the season.

The Chiefs improve to 22-29-9, while Wheeling is now 23-31-3.

The Chiefs are back in action Sunday afternoon when they host the Dayton Bombers at 2:30 p.m.
