Checkers Receive Graham from Wolf Pack

Charlotte, N.C. - The Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League announced today that they have reassigned defenseman Ethan Graham to the Charlotte Checkers.

Graham, 6-foot-2, 182 pounds played four seasons for Michigan State University where he compiled 11 goals, 39 assists for 50 points in 162 games while adding 100 penalty minutes. He has spent the entire part of this season with the Wolf Pack playing in 27 games registering one assist with 18 penalty minutes. Last season, he spent 10 games with the Idaho Steelheads and 47 with the Iowa Stars (AHL). Graham will join the team on the road and play in tonight's game against the Florida Everblades.

The Checkers are in their 16th season of play as a member of the ECHL. The next home game will take place Jan. 9th against the Gwinnett Gladiators at 7 p.m. In the team's 15-year history, the Checkers have made the playoffs 11 times including four consecutive playoff appearances to date. The Checkers are in their fourth season of play at Time Warner Cable Arena.
