Omaha Storm Chasers News Release
It was a busy month of April for the Storm Chasers in the community, with several front office members combining for nearly 100 hours of community service in the month of April alone. In addition, Storm Chasers players have been visible in the Omaha community at the beginning of May, including several taking part in the Cinco de Mayo festival in South Omaha, as well as visiting Children's Hospital on May 8. On May 6, the Storm Chasers honored the Nebraska Treasurer's Office "Why I Want to Go to College" essay contest winners in a pre-game ceremony attended by Nebraska Treasurer Don Stenberg. Upcoming this week, fans are welcome to help paint the 50th Season Mural at Werner Park on May 11 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm
