
Chambers Activated and Cruikshank Placed On IR

Pensacola Ice Pilots News Release
Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots, under the new ownership group of Hockey Enterprises of Pensacola L.L.C. with owner Tim Kerr, announced that forward Greg Chambers has been activated from the 7 day injured reserve list to the active roster and forward Brad Cruikshank has been placed on the 7 day injured reserve list.
Chambers has played in 51 games with the Ice Pilots this season scoring 11 goals, 29 assists for 40 points and has picked up 12 penalty minutes. Cruikshank has played in 42 games for the Ice Pilots scoring 6 goals, 5 assists for 11 points and has picked up 124 penalty minutes.
The Ice Pilots play home to Augusta tonight at 7:05 p.m. It is World Ford Freedom Night and ROTC Appreciation Night. It is also Pack the House Night as all tickets are $7 except glass seats. Fans can test drive a car at World Ford or Gulf Breeze Ford and receive a ticket to the game.
The Ice Pilots will play home to San Diego tomorrow night at 8:05 p.m. The Mr. Manatee's Alumni game with former Ice Pilots players, Jr. Ice Pilots, Senior League members and local media will begin at 6:05 p.m. All Ice Pilots players will be wearing old timer sweaters that will be auctioned off after the game at "The Hangar" with proceeds going to the Florida Restaurant Educational Foundation and the Children's Home Society.
The Ice Pilots will have their golf tournament on Saturday with a Noon Shotgun at Scenic Hills Country Club and will have their Picnic at Sam's Fun City this Sunday from 1:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. located on Highway 29.
Fans can purchase individual game tickets in person at the Civic Center box office, at any Ticketmaster location, Charge by Phone at 434-7444 or through the Ice Pilots website at www.icepilots.com. For group tickets, season tickets and birthday parties, fans can call the Ice Pilots office at 432-PUCK.
