Celebrity Bartenders II Tomorrow At Amberjacks

BRIDGEPORT, CT – The American Hockey League's 2001-02 Regular Season Champion and Eastern Conference Playoff Champion Bridgeport Sound Tigers, top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, will hold "Celebrity Bartenders II" at Amberjacks in South Norwalk tomorrow, Tuesday, February 11th, at 8 p.m. The event will feature Sound Tiger players as bartenders, a live auction of Sound Tigers' and Islanders' memorabilia, as well as other items donated by local organizations. "The Sound Tigers Report" will be broadcast live from Amberjacks from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m., and on-air personalities from 95.9 "The Fox" will take part in the main event which is sponsored by Bud Light.

"Celebrity Bartenders" was created to help raise money for area charities. Proceeds from Tuesday's event will go directly to Children's Connection of Norwalk. Children's Connection, originally formed by the Human Services Council more than 20 years ago, currently has comprehensive programs responding to the needs of abused children, educating caregivers and children on the signs of abuse, and connecting at-risk families with needed resources.

The Sound Tigers will begin a stretch of eight games in ten days with three game in three days this weekend visiting the Providence Bruins Friday at 7:05 p.m. and the Springfield Falcons Saturday at 7:35 p.m. before hosting the expansion San Antonio Rampage for the first-time ever Sunday at 4:05 p.m. All Sound Tigers' games are broadcast live on "The ZONE" FOX Sports Radio 1300 AM and at www.soundtigers.com. WSTC/WNLK 1400/1350 AM also broadcasts road games.
