
Cats win over El Paso

El Paso Diablos News Release
The Cats got a balanced offensive attack in support of starter Joel Kirsten and easily beat El Paso 8-2. Kirsten two earned runs and seven hits over seven innings to earn his first win since June 20. And the Cats had no trouble scoring, tallying 10 hits and scoring in five separate innings. 3B Jose Duran went 3-for-4 with two RBI, and RF Kevin Thompson hit his second homer of the season.
