Canucks Re-Assign Lee Sweatt to Moose

The Vancouver Canucks, the NHL affiliate of the Manitoba Moose, today announced they have re-assigned defenceman Lee Sweatt to the Moose.

Sweatt, 25, played in three games with the Canucks after being recalled on Jan. 23/11. He scored his first-ever NHL goal on Jan. 26/11 vs. Nashville which turned out to be the game-winner. He also collected an assist for two points, was a +4, and had two penalty minutes. The Elburn, IL native has appeared in 41 games so far for the Moose and has scored 14 points (5g, 9a) and collected 18 penalty minutes. He is currently the team leader in shots on net with 117 and is a team-high +15. Sweatt has now played in 52 career AHL games with Manitoba and San Antonio where he has 15 points (5g, 10a) and 26 penalty minutes.
