Bryce Salvador Headlines 10th Annual Celebrity Dinner: The 10th Annual Celebrity Dinner is set to take place this coming Friday at the Coast Hotel and Conference Centre. Former Lethbridge Hurricane and 14-year NHL veteran Bryce Salvador will be the guest of honour. Just For Laugh's Comedian Kelly Taylor will be the MC. Hockey - It's In Our Blood: The Hurricanes are once against taking on the Red Deer Rebels in the Hockey - It's In Our Blood Challenge. The two teams have partnered with Canadian Blood Services in a Blood Battle to save lives. We're asking YOU to get into the game and give blood. Every minute of every day someone in Canada needs blood! Book an appointment this month and help everybody win!
Get Your Tickets: The Lethbridge Hurricanes want to remind you to get your tickets early! Tickets are available by calling (403) 329-7328 or by visiting the ENMAX Centre Ticket Centre or the Ticket Centre at the Yates Theatre. Also, a reminder to use all three entrances to the arena - the third is located on SW corner by Section SS.

Wednesday, January 13th - 5-2 Win @ Swift Current: Five different goal scorers lit the lamp as the 'Canes earned a 5-2 win against the Broncos to sweep the season series. Jayden Sittler made 21 saves for the victory. It was the fifth straight win for the Hurricanes and second against Swift Current in a week.
Friday, January 15th - 6-2 Win vs. Kamloops: The Hurricanes kicked off a five game home stand on Friday against the Blazers. Andrew Nielsen and Cory Millette each scored twice while Egor Babenko and Ben Duperreault scored the others as the 'Canes scored five or more goals for the 23rd time this year. It was the 'Canes first win against Kamloops since December 14th, 2012.
Saturday, January 16th - 3-2 OT Win vs. Prince Albert: The Hurricanes found themselves down 2-0 after the first period but battled back to beat the Raiders in overtime. Cory Millette scored twice in the second period while Giorgio Estephan scored a beauty in overtime to help the 'Canes win their seventh straight game.
THIS WEEK'S GAME SCHEDULE
Wednesday, January 20th - 7:00pm vs. Spokane Chiefs: The Hurricanes welcome the Spokane Chiefs to the ENMAX Centre for the first time in over two years. The last time the Chiefs played in Lethbridge, they earned a 6-2 win on November 8th, 2013. It's a rematch of the 2008 and 1991 WHL Finals.
Saturday, January 23rd - 7:00pm vs. Moose Jaw Warriors (Sponsored by Save-On Foods): The Hurricanes will celebrate "Bryce Salvador Night" on Saturday when they welcome the Warriors. Get to your seats early for the special pre-game ceremony. It's just the second meeting of the season against the Warriors. There will also be Save-On Foods Chuck-a-Puck.
Sunday, January 24th - 6:00pm vs. Edmonton Oil Kings (Sponsored by Tim Hortons): The Hurricanes will host the Oil Kings in their first of three visits this season. The 'Canes are 2-0-0-0 against Edmonton this year with both wins coming at Rexall Place.
NEWS & NOTES
7th Heaven: After wins last week over Swift Current, Kamloops and Prince Albert, the Hurricanes have now won seven straight games. The 'Canes are rolling as of late having posted a 13-1-0-0 record in their last 14 games and are 20-3-0-0 in their last 23.
All Alone, No One There Beside Me: In standings terms, that's a good thing. The 'Canes are stand-alone the best team in the Western Hockey League. The Hurricanes have a record of 33-12-0-0 on the season and sit three points better than the second placed Kelowna Rockets. The 'Canes have a six point cushion over Red Deer for first in the Eastern Conference.
