January 30, 2019 - NBA G League (G League)
Delaware Blue Coats News Release

WILMINGTON - The Delaware Blue Coats announced today that Cameron Oliver will undergo surgery tomorrow to repair a fracture/dislocation of the right ankle. Oliver suffered the injury in Tuesday night's game vs. the Grand Rapids Drive.

The surgery will be performed by Dr. David Pedowitz of the Rothman Institute/Jefferson. Oliver will miss the remainder of the season and updates will be provided as appropriate. The timeline for Oliver's return to play is approximately six months.

In related news, the Blue Coats have acquired Lenjo Kilo (6-8, 240 lbs) from the available player pool to add to the team's frontcourt depth. He will be in uniform tonight as the team takes on the Windy City Bulls at 76ers Fieldhouse in Wilmington.

Kilo is a Silver Spring, Maryland native who attended Blue Coats open tryouts last summer and received an invite to the team's NBA G League training camp. He was one of 17 players to participate in training camp with the Blue Coats and one of just three players invited as a local tryout participant, joining current 76ers two-way contract player Haywood Highsmith and current Blue Coats forward Ryan Anderson.

As a graduate senior transfer at Savannah State University in 2015-16, Kilo averaged 9.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 0.8 blocks in 25.9 minutes per game. He helped the Division I program earn a trip to the semifinals of the MEAC Tournament and an invitation to host a game in the CollegeInsider.com Tournament.

The 25-year-old Kilo's professional experience includes parts of two international seasons (2016-18) in Luxembourg, Paraguay and Argentina. In 30 games for BBC Telstar Hesperange in Luxembourg, he averaged 24.2 points and 12.1 rebounds per contest during the 2016-17 season.
