Calgary Hitmen Open Fan Zone For 14th Annual Petro-Canada Teddy Bear Toss

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club announced today they have opened the ultimate fan zone in the Pengrowth Saddledome for the Petro-Canada Teddy Bear Toss.
"We have made available another 1,300 reserved seats at a ticket price of $15.00," said Hitmen Director of Business Operations Mike Moore.
The November 30th game against the Brandon Wheat Kings will be the 14th annual Petro-Canada Teddy Bear Toss with fans asked to toss a stuffed toy on the ice when the Hitmen score their first goal.
Game time is 5:00 p.m. Doors open at 3:30 p.m. with fans encouraged to allow extra time for parking.
The Hitmen currently hold the Canadian Hockey League record for most stuffed toys tossed on the ice at 26,919. A mark set last season.
Bears collected at the Teddy Bear Toss will be distributed among several local charities including; Toy Mountain, Book Bags for Kids and the Salvation Army. The Hitmen will also take Teddy Bear's to the Alberta Children's Hospital the following morning.
