EL PASO, Texas â The El Paso Buzzards announced today that defenseman Pat Glenday has been released from the team and put on waivers. Glenday appeared in 17 games for the Buzzards, recording no goals or assists, but amassing 24 penalty minutes and a plus/minus rating of +1.
Glenday, a 5-11, 190 lb. defenseman from Sherwood Park, AB, is in his third professional season in the Central Hockey League. Last season he played for the San Antonio Iguanas, recording a goal and six assists (7 points) in 54 games.
The Buzzards' next home game will be at the Nest on Friday, November 29 against the San Angelo Saints at 7 p.m.
