
Buzzards GM announces resignation

EL PASO, Texas â The El Paso Buzzards announced the resignation of general manager Jamie Reeve. The resignation is effective immediately.
"I have made this decision in order to seek further advancement in my career," Reeve said. "I hope the people that I have dealt with will understand my position. It's always difficult to leave a job in mid-season, but for the best interest of myself and my family, it is time to move on and pursue other options.
Buzzards CEO Bill Davidson said there is no official word on who or how soon a new general manager will be hired.
The Buzzards next game will be at 7 p.m., Friday in the El Paso County Coliseum against the Odessa Jackalopes.
