Bulldogs Make More Transactions

Hamilton Bulldogs News Release
The Edmonton Oilers have recalled defenceman Marc-Andre Bergeron from the AHL's Hamilton Bulldogs and have assigned forward Jani Rita to the Bulldogs.
Bergeron, a 22 year-old native of St-Louis-de-France, Quebec, has played in all 65 games for the Bulldogs this season and is the team's leading scorer among defenceman with 37 points (7g-30a-37pts). The 5'10, 190 pound defenceman also leads the AHL in plus/minus with a +34 rating.
Rita, a 6'1, 206 pound forward returns to the Bulldogs, where he has scored 42 points (18g-24a-42pts) in 50 games this season. The Helsinki, Finland native has also played in 12 games for the Oilers, where he contributed 4 points (3g-1a-4pts)
The Bulldogs next action takes place tonight as they take on the Saint John Flames at Harbour Station in Saint John, New Brunswick. Bulldogs fans can listen to Derek Wills call all the action, beginning with the pre-game show at 6:15 p.m. on 820 CHAM-AM or on-line at www.hamiltonbulldogs.com.
