Portland Pirates News Release
PORTLAND, ME - The Portland Pirates are gearing up for a return to the Calder Cup Playoffs, and season ticket holders can already secure their seats for all the action. By purchasing their tickets now, season ticket holders will see a significant savings on their tickets and will have the opportunity to buy more playoff tickets at the same affordable price.
"Season ticket holder support once again has been exceptional this season," said Brian Petrovek, Pirates' CEO. "By offering them a substantial savings on playoff tickets, we want to make sure they're front and center when we open the next chapter of our quest for the Calder Cup."
The Pirates are currently in fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings, their highest ranking in three seasons. They'll have a chance to strengthen that position tonight when they host the Manchester Monarchs at 7:05 p.m. The Monarchs trail the Pirates by just one point and hold three games in hand.
Season ticket holders may either purchase all playoff tickets in advance or they can secure their seat locations with a $50 deposit per seat and pay for each round in which the Pirates participate. Any unused tickets from the full payment option may be applied to next season's account.
The full box office window price for Adult Captain's Deck tickets will be $17, Main Deck tickets will be $14, Quarter Deck tickets will be $9 and Senior and Child tickets will be $8 for the Qualifying and first two rounds of the Calder Cup Playoffs. That is an increase of $1 from the regular season box office window prices. Tickets for the conference finals will be $2 more than the regular season prices, and Calder Cup Finals tickets will increase $3 from regular season prices.
Group tickets are also on sale now. Those tickets will cost just $1 more than the regular season prices for all rounds. In addition, rentals of the Captain's Club are also available for $375. The package includes 20 main deck tickets with the ability to purchase additional tickets up to 40 for just $14 a piece. The rental also requires a minimum $250 food and beverage purchase. Individual playoff tickets will go on sale to the general public as soon as the Pirates have qualified for the playoffs and their first round playoff opponent has been determined.

Following Wednesday's game, the Pirates will host the Providence Bruins on Saturday at 2:05 p.m. Tickets for these and all remaining Pirates' regular season home games are on sale at the Cumberland County Civic Center box office and all Ticketmaster outlets.
