The Waterloo Bucks (30-32, 10-16) managed just three hits in an 11-2 loss to the St. Cloud Rox (39-22, 19-7) on Wednesday evening.
Bennett Hostetler (1-3, BB, R, HR, RBI) homered in the second, while Blake Wagenseller (1-4, R) accounted for Waterloo's second run by leading off the seventh with a single and later scoring on a wild pitch.
Making his Bucks debut, Reid Conlee (1-3, 2B) doubled in the sixth.
Waterloo heads to Thunder Bay on Thursday for a 6:05 p.m. start against the Border Cats on the Bucks Radio Network powered by 1650 the Fan.
