Bridgeport Sound Tigers Announce Three Roster Moves

BRIDGEPORT, CT – The American Hockey League's 2001-02 Regular Season Champion and Eastern Conference Playoff Champion Bridgeport Sound Tigers have announced three roster moves. The Sound Tigers have signed Defenseman J.F. David to an AHL contract and released Center Marquis Mathieu. Goaltender David St. Germain has also been assigned to the East Coast Hockey League's Trenton Titans by the National Hockey League's New York Islanders. All three players have been in training camp with the Sound Tigers.

The Sound Tigers will open the 2002-03 regular season when they visit the first-year Binghamton Senators this Friday, October 11th and host the Norfolk Admirals this Saturday, October 12th at 7:05 p.m. Both of this weekend's games will be broadcast on "The ZONE" FOX Sports Radio 1300 AM with Friday's game also airing on WSTC/WNLK 1400/1350 AM.
