Fort Worth Brahmas News Release

FORT WORTH, Texas - The Brahmas returned to the Fort Worth Convention Center Friday night but fell to the Killer Bees by the score of 4-0. The home loss ends the Brahmas home win streak at eight games.

Rio Grande goaltender Wylie Rogers was stingy in net, stopping all 28 shots he faced to notch his 10th win of the season. Mark Guggenberger did not fare as well for the Brahmas, allowing four goals on 15 shots to fall to 18-6-3.

Tomas Klempa scored the first goal of the game and the eventual game-winner at the 15:01 mark of the first period. For Klempa, it was his sixth goal in nine games versus the Brahmas this season.

The Bees added two goals in the second period, scored by Brandon Campos and Dan Gendur, and another in the third period by Aaron Lee for good measure.

The Brahmas and Bees will do it again Saturday night at the Fort Worth Convention Center at 7:30pm for the finale of the Fort Worth Faceoff.
