Bowie Baysox Make Pair of Player Moves

BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox announce a pair of roster moves effective yesterday. C Zach Booker was placed on the Seven-Day Disabled List retroactive to June 22, and SS Greg Miclat was transferred to Bowie from class Single-A Frederick. With the moves, the Baysox maintain a complete 24-man roster.

Booker has appeared in one game for the Baysox this year, going 0-3. He is eligible to come off the disabled list Tuesday, June 29.

Miclat played in 48 games for the Frederick Keys and was named to the Carolina League All-Star team. He hit .311 (51-164) for Frederick with 12 doubles, one home run and 19 RBIs. He also stole eight bases in 10 attempts.
