
Bobble Head Night Highlights Big Openin g Weekend at TECO

Estero, FL - The Florida Everblades announced today that they will be giving away Swampee Bobble Head Dolls to the first 3,000 fans through the doors on Friday, October 25th. Doors will open promptly at 6:30 PM on Friday night.
On Saturday, prior to the Everblades game against the Pee Dee Pride the first 1,500 kids 13 and under will receive a reflective Halloween Bag. During the first intermission, the Everblades will hold a costume contest on the ice. The person who is voted to have the best costume by the crowd will receive lunch or dinner with their favorite Everblade player at Breakaway Sports Pub. The Everblades mascot is the first Everblades bobble head doll that has been distributed at TECO Arena. To view Swampee and the bobble head doll on the web please click on the following links:

The Everblades Advertising and Promotions Manager Bruce Hershey is excited to bring a bobble head doll to Everblades fans for the fifth anniversary season, "We are happy to bring the bobble head craze to the best fans in the ECHL. It is something Everblades fans can keep forever, I think they will really enjoy it."
The Swampee bobble head doll is co-sponsored by Cintas, the uniform people and the Naples Daily News. It was created by Pro Specialties Group based in San Diego, California. Mike Battilaga from Pro Specialties Group worked with the Everblades on the design and delivery of the Swampee doll.
The Everblades host the Pee Dee Pride on Friday, October 25th and Saturday, October 26th. Both games begin at 7:30 PM and are not sold out at the time of this release.
