Boardwalk Bullies Loan Left Wing Caudron to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – The Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies of the East Coast Hockey League loaned left wing J.F. Caudron to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by Bullies Head Coach Michael Haviland.

The St. Hubert, Quebec, native is second on the team in scoring with 56 points (27G, 29A) in 49 games for the Bullies this season. Caudron is tied for the team-lead with four game-winning goals.

The former University of Vermont Catamount has 13 points, including eight goals, in his last five games and is on a five-game goal-scoring streak. Caudron has 19 points (11G, 3A) in his last 10 games.

Last season the 5-10, 180-pound forward registered 40 points (24G, 16A) in 51 games with the Bullies and 12 points (5G, 7A) in 12 playoff games.

The call-up marks the first for Caudron in his two-year professional career. He participated in the Philadelphia Phantoms training camp before the 2001-02 season.

Currently, five Bullies are playing the AHL. Caudron joins teammate Scott Stirling with the Sound Tigers. Stirling is 3-0-0 with a 2.32 goals against average and a 0.914 save percentage. Kevin Colley has four points (2G, 2A) in nine games with the Syracuse Crunch. Carl Corazzini has three goals in six games with the Providence Bruins, and Kirk Furey has an assist in two games with the Philadelphia Phantoms.
