BlueClaws to Make "Major Announcement" on June 20th

LAKEWOOD, NJ - The BlueClaws will be making a "Major Announcement" on Wednesday, June 20th and encourage all fans to join the team and local dignitaries on the boardwalk in Seaside Heights. The announcement will come at the Franklin Avenue Stage on the boardwalk and will begin at 5:00 pm.

Among those in attendance will be representatives from the BlueClaws, including General Manager Geoff Brown, mascot Buster, and representatives from Barnabas Health's Community and Kimball Medical Centers, OceanFirst Bank, and Shore Point Distributing.

"While we won't be releasing any details of the announcement until that day," said Brown, "fans can trust us that this is an event they do not want to miss."

After the announcement, fans are encouraged to join representatives and dignitaries at the Beachcomber Bar & Grill in Seaside Heights, where there will be a Happy Hour with $2 Coors Light bottles and $1.50 Coors Light drafts, for a post-announcement celebration.

The BlueClaws are the Jersey Shore's top stop for affordable, family entertainment. They will soon become the fastest team in New Jersey and South Atlantic League history to reach the 5-million fan mark.
