Jersey Shore BlueClaws News Release

HAGERSTOWN, MD-The Lakewood BlueClaws and Hagerstown Suns were rained out for the second straight night at Municipal Stadium. The teams were scheduled to play a double-header after the game was rained out on Tuesday, but the weather did not cooperate.

The BlueClaws (30-31) will now return home and open a four-game series with Delmarva on Thursday night which will conclude the first-half.

Thursday marks the annual Jimmy Buffett Beach Bash, presented by the Borough of Seaside Heights. The BlueClaws players and coaches will be wearing special Beach jerseys, which will be auctioned off during the game.

There will be a special table on the concourse side of the ClawsCove, and fans can come and bid on the jerseys of their favorite players and coaches. The jerseys will be washed and signed the next day and available for pick-up beginning Saturday.
