BlueClaws auction off game-worn jerseys

The 2008 regular season is winding to a close and the BlueClaws are offering fans a chance to purchase the jerseys they have seen their favorite players wear throughout one of the most successful campaigns in team history.
The BlueClaws will be auctioning off dozens of authentic game-worn jerseys from the 2008 season from Wednesday, August 27 to Friday, August 29. Bidding will start at $125 on every available jersey, including the home (white), road (gray), claw-logo sleeveless, Sunday (red), Irish (green) and camouflage uniforms.
Bidding will take place at FirstEnergy Park during the three game stretch. The BlueClaws take on the Delmarva Shorebirds at 7:05 p.m. on August 27, before welcoming in the Hagerstown Suns on Thursday and Friday, with both games coming at 7:05 p.m.
Bids will also be accepted over the phone at (732) 901-7000 ext. 209. Phone bids will be accepted only during regular business hours and no phone bids will be allowed after 5:00 p.m. on Friday. In-person bidding will conclude with the final out of Friday's home finale.
The BlueClaws have just one homestand remaining in the 2008 regular season, as they welcome Delmarva and Hagerstown starting on Monday, August 25. Tickets for all five games are available online at BlueClaws.com, over the phone at (732) 901- 7000, or at the FirstEnergy Park ticket office.
