
Blue Drops Road Game to Bighorns

RENO, NV - The Oklahoma City Blue fell to the Reno Bighorns, 124-95, on Saturday at the Reno Events Center.
Talib Zanna recorded his 18th double-double of the season with 22 points on 8-of-13 shooting and 18 rebounds. Over his last five games, Zanna had totaled four double-doubles and averaged 16.8 points and 15.2 rebounds.
Six Blue players scored in double figures, led by Semaj Christon's 24 points and six assists. Marquis Teague produced 15 points and eight assists and Maurice Sutton scored 12 points with 11 rebounds. Josh Huestis put together 10 points, eight rebounds and four assists and George Beamon added 12 points, five boards and four assists off the bench.
Reno took a 31-22 lead through one quarter and extended its lead to 55-43 at the half. Zanna tallied 18 points and 11 rebounds in the second half but the Bighorns pulled away in the final two quarters.
The Blue (17-15) tallied 46 rebounds and dished out 24 assists.
Reno (13-15) was led by Cameron Ayers with 27 points.
