Coach Dean Clark will appear on Radio NL's Open Line Show tonight from 8pm to 10pm. We'll talk playoffs, naturally, and take your phone calls as well. The phone number is 374-5345.
Yours truly will be hosting the show, with NL Sports Director Rick "the Bear" Wile and Kamloops Daily News Sports Editor Gregg Drinnan also stopping by.
I will also be appearing on 97.5 The River's Mike In The Morning Show tomorrow (Thursday). We'll talk a little hockey, give away a few tickets, and try and raise a little money for local charity through a small radio auction.
Players Geoff McIntosh and Kyle Sheen will also be popping in for a visit. Geoff will be there from 7am to 8am while Kyle will be in from 8am to 9am. Be sure to listen. It should be a lot of fun!
It may only be March, but it's time to start thinking about our annual alumni weekend. It'll be held on August 6th and 7th, with the game going on Friday night and the golf tournament on Saturday.
If you want to take part in the golf tourney, call the Blazer office and put your name down. We'll have some more details coming in the very near future.
That's all for now. Wish us luck against Vancouver. It's going to a be a great series!
