Blades Asking Fans for Help in Book Drive

ESTERO, FL - The Florida Everblades are turning to their fans to ask for their help in a Book Drive this Saturday night, February 28 at Germain Arena when they host the Johnstown Chiefs at 7:30 p.m.

Fans are being asked to bring new or gently used books with them to the game to help support the Pinewoods Elementary School Book Drive! The Everblades will have book collection bins at each entrance to the arena that fans can drop the books into when entering. Pinewoods Elementary School is looking to fill their classroom shelves and Media Center with books that range from Pre-K through 8th grade reading level!

Saturday night is also "Kids Night" at Germain Arena and the first 1,000 kids that enter the arena will get a Kids Everblades jersey! Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for the game!
