Montgomery Biscuits News Release

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Ross Stripling (5-1) went eight scoreless-innings while the Biscuits (42-38, 5-5) were shutout by the Chattanooga Lookouts (40-40, 5-5) 5-0 Friday night at AT&T Field. It was only the third time this year that the Biscuits have been shutout.

Brualio Lara was solid in relief. The lefty went two scoreless-innings and struck out five.

The Biscuits start a five-game series with the Tennessee Smokies Saturday night. RHP Jake Thompson will get the start for Montgomery, while Tennessee will send RHP Alberto Cabrera to the mound. First pitch is slated for 6:35 from Riverwalk Stadium.
