Staten Island, N.Y. - Monday morning blues were not an issue for the IronBirds, as they beat the Staten Island Yankees 5-2 to complete the sweep.

4TH inning: After stranding the bases loaded in consecutive innings, Aberdeen finally capitalized. Kyle Stowers had a two out single to score one, and Toby Welk roped a double that brought home two more.
8th inning: Aberdeen got the insurance with Johnny Rizer's 2-RBI double that scored Luke Ringhofer and Juan Montes
