SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake Bees finished off a five-game home series with the Reno Aces with a 5-3 victory Tuesday afternoon at Smith's Ballpark.

With the score tied 3-3 with two outs in the bottom of the eighth, Dustin Ackley came up big with a two-RBI single to give Salt Lake a 5-3 advantage. Eduardo Paredes came in to pick up his second save of the year to finish off the Aces and give the Bees their fourth win of the five-game series.

David Fletcher also drove in two runs, including his sixth home run of the season in the Bees' win. The homer also counted as his 33rd extra-base hit of the year, which leads the Pacific Coast League. Fletcher has also matched his previous career total of six homers in the prior three seasons. John Lamb started on the mound for the Bees and last four and two-thirds innings, allowing just one run on two hits while striking out five in a no-decision. The Bees are now 11-0 with Lamb on the hill this season.

The Bees will next head to Tacoma to face the Rainiers in a five-game set before returning to Smith's Ballpark to host the Round Rock Express on June 5th. Tickets are available at slbees.com.
