The Peoria Rivermen shuffled its roster today, recalling goaltender Chris Beckford-Tseu from the Alaska Aces and signing defenseman Jason Dest to a Professional Try-Out.
Beckford-Tseu returns to Peoria after his second stint with the Aces this season. In all, the Toronto, Ontario native has appeared in 16 games with Alaska, posting a 12-4-0 record, 2.34 GAA and .923 save percentage. This year with Peoria Beckford-Tseu is 15-11-2, 2.55 GAA and .900 save percentage.

Prior to turning pro the Fraser, Mich. native played four seasons at the University of Michigan, appearing in 164 games with five goals and 35 points.
Both players will be in uniform for the Rivermen as they travel to Des Moines to take on the Iowa Stars Friday night at 7:07 pm. Radio coverage begins with the Rivermen Pre-Game Show one half-hour before game time on your Home for Rivermen Hockey, 96.5 ESPN Radio.
