
Individual River Rats Playoff Tickets On Sale

ALBANY, NY - The Albany River Rats announced today that individual game tickets for the River Rats 2008 Calder Cup Playoffs are now on sale.
The Albany River Rats are enjoying their most successful AHL season in a decade and are currently engaged in a fierce battle with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and Philadelphia for the East Division Regular Season title. With six games remaining on Albany's schedule, now is the time to pick tickets for the River Rats' 2008 Calder Cup Playoff campaign that will begin in just two weeks.
Single game playoff tickets are available for purchase at the Times Union Center Box Office, by calling 1-800-30-EVENT or 518-487-2000 and online at www.Tickets.com. The River Rats currently reside in third place of the East Divison, but are just four points from the first place Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, with two games head-to-head remaining in the schedule.

The River Rats continue their stretch of seven straight road games on Wednesday, April 2nd against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins at Wachovia Arena. Albany's next home game is on Wednesday, April 9th against the Norfolk Admirals; a 7:00 pm face off at the Times Union Center.
