
Bears finish up 2005 with 5-1 win over Philadelphia

HERSHEY finishes up the 2005 portion of the season with 22 wins and 51 points in just 36 games after a 5-1 drubbing of Philadelphia at GIANT Center New Year's Eve.
Colin Forbes scored his 12th win of the season to lead off the first period at the 5:57 mark. The BEARS then added a goal from Mark Wotton at 6:35 of the first to take a 2-0 lead. Eric Fehr and Joey Tenute each scored single goals before Wotton picked up his second of the game to put the game on ice. Frederic Cassivi won his 16th game of the season, making 21 saves. The win was the 22nd of the season for HERSHEY against just seven regulation losses going into 2006.
The BEARS begin a four game road trip Friday at Bridgeport. Face-off is at 7:35, with the pregame show on the BEARS Radio Network beginning at 7:15 p.m.
