Bears Crank it up against Albany, Win 5-0 behind Lawson

Five different BEARS scored against the River Rats and HERSHEY romped to its most lopsided victory of the season with a 5-0 whitewash of Albany at GIANT Center Saturday night. Gavin Morgan and Steve Brule scored first period goals while Cody McCormick and Jeff Finger both scored their first goals in a HERSHEY uniform in the second period. Charlie Stephend added a third period goal to cap off the rout of the Rats. Tom Lawson made 38 saves to earn his eighth win of the season and also his third shutout.

The BEARS will look to make it three straight victories Sunday when the Binghamton Senators play at GIANT Center at 5:00 p.m.
