Baysox Announce Pie-Eating Contest

BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox will host a pie-eating contest prior to the team's 6:05 p.m. game against the Akron Aeros on July 3, at Prince George's Stadium. The contest will feature 10 fans eating apple pies without the aid of their hands or utensils. The first person to finish their pie will receive four tickets to Hershey Park and Baysox apparel. Contestants must register with Lauren Phillips at (301) 464-4813. Contestants will be expected to arrive at the stadium at 5 p.m. and the contest will begin at 5:30 p.m.
