
Bats vs. Knights Suspended; to be Resumed Sunday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Saturday night's game between the Louisville Bats and Charlotte Knights at BB&T Ballpark has been suspended, with the teams scheduled to resume play tomorrow, June 9 at 1:05 p.m.
Louisville and Charlotte will then finish off their series with a seven-inning game after the conclusion of the first game. These clubs went through the same situation back on May 11-12 at Louisville Slugger Field.
The 3 hours and 53 minutes of total delay time on Saturday night marks the second-longest delay in franchise history, to only June 27, 2000 (4 hours and 20 minutes).
