LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - The Gwinnett Stripers, in conjunction with the Atlanta Braves, have announced that left-hander Dallas Keuchel is scheduled to be the starting pitcher for the Stripers tonight at 6:05 p.m. vs. Durham.

Keuchel, 31, signed by the Braves to a Major League deal on Friday, is 76-63 with a 3.66 ERA over 192 games (183 starts) during a seven-year Major League career with the Houston Astros (2012-18). He won the Cy Young Award for the American League in 2015, going 20-8 with a 2.48 ERA in 33 starts. In 2017, Keuchel went 14-5 with a 2.90 ERA in 23 regular-season starts and 2-2 with a 3.58 ERA in five Postseason starts, leading the Astros to their first World Series championship. He is also a two-time A.L. All-Star (2015, 2017) and four-time Rawlings A.L. Gold Glove winner (2014-16, 2018).

Keuchel will be the second Cy Young Award winner to pitch for Gwinnett, joining Baseball Hall of Famer Tom Glavine, who went 1-0 with a 3.38 ERA in two starts during the team's inaugural season in 2009.

Tonight's game also features a Stripers State of Georgia T-Shirt Giveaway (first 2,500 fans). The Coolray Field Ticket Office will open at 10:00 a.m. today for advance ticket sales. Tickets may also be purchased online at GoStripers.com/tickets.
