Barnstormers Announce Playoff Dates

LANCASTER, Pa.-The First Half Freedom Division Champion Lancaster Barnstormers unveiled the schedule for the 2011 Atlantic League Playoffs today. Lancaster will host Game 3 of the

Freedom Division Championship Series featuring a special post-game fireworks extravaganza, as well as Games 4 and 5, if necessary. Should they advance, the Barnstormers will also host Game 3 of the Atlantic League Championship Series and Games 4 and 5, if necessary. Playoff ticket packages are now on sale for season ticket holders and mini-plan holders, while the general public will be able to purchase playoff tickets beginning August 3.

Making their first postseason appearance since 2006, the Barnstormers will face an opponent to be determined at the conclusion of the second half of the regular season.

Beginning today, Barnstormers season ticket holders and mini-plan holders can secure playoff tickets including all six possible home games by purchasing a CODE RED six-game ticket package. CODE RED playoff packages are available for $54 for field box seats, a savings of $6 off face value, and $60 for dugout box seats, a savings of $12. Each ticket package will come with a special edition CODE RED playoff t-shirt.

Beginning on August 3, following the exclusive plan holder offer, all fans can purchase the CODE RED playoff package as well as individual playoff game tickets at the Faulkner Chevrolet Box Office and at LancasterBarnstormers.com. Single game tickets begin at just $7 for lawn seats; field box seats are $10, and dugout box seats are $12.
