ROSTER UPDATE:
The Condors signed F Ryan Gervais to an Amateur Try-Out Agreement today. The team signed rookie G Jerad Kaufmann on Monday, who completed his college career at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, and placed him on 3-IR. Both Kaufmann and LW Bobby Bolt (30-IR) are eligible to be activated, but remain on IR.
PLAYOFF PICTURE:
The Condors magic number to clinch a playoff spot is seven, with the Phoenix RoadRunners - currently the 9th place team in the conference - idle tonight. They host the Alaska Aces on Saturday and then travel to Idaho for their final four games of the season next week. The magic number is decided by a combination of points gained and Phoenix points they fail to gain. Bakersfield holds a one-point cushion over Stockton in the standings, but both clubs have a .493 win %, tying them for 3rd in the Pacific Division. The Thunder host Utah tonight, while the Las Vegas Wranglers, who are only three points in front of Bakersfield for 2nd place, host Alaska before coming to Condorstown for a Saturday night showdown.
PROMOTIONAL NOTES:
Tonight the Condors welcome Quick Change - a rapid clothes changing act that was a finalist on the hit show, America's Got Talent - sponsored by KERN 1180 AM and Digital Designs. On Saturday night the Las Vegas Wranglers come into town for a 7 p.m. start, and the first 2,000 kids 12 & under will get a Street Hockey Stick & Puck set, courtesy of KGET-TV 17, HOT 94.1 and Carl's Jr.

Individual game tickets are on sale and may be purchased through the Rabobank Arena Box Office, which is open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday with extended hours on game days. Tickets may also be purchased by phone at 322-2525, online at Bakersfieldcondors.com, or at any Ticketmaster location.
