Gwinnett's Sullivan Suspended One Game, Fined

March 27, 2009 - ECHL (ECHL) News Release


PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that it has suspended Gwinnett forward Daniel Sullivan for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions during ECHL Game #771 at Charlotte on Mar. 26.

Sullivan is suspended and fined under Rule 29 Supplemental Discipline.

Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.

Sullivan will miss Gwinnett's game at Gwinnett (Mar. 27).
