Stephen Cardullo and Mike Tauchman hit back-to-back home runs in the eighth inning Thursday night, to propel the Isotopes (29-26) to a 5-4 victory over the Fresno Grizzlies (32-23) at Isotopes Park. The win was the first for Albuquerque this season when trailing after seven innings.
