Avalanche Acquires Conditional Seventh Round Pick from Calgary

San Antonio Rampage News Release
DENVER - The Colorado Avalanche Hockey Club announced today that the team has acquired a conditional seventh-round pick in the 2016 NHL Draft from the Calgary Flames in exchange for forward Freddie Hamilton.
Hamilton attended Colorado's training camp before being reassigned to the club's American Hockey League training camp in San Antonio on Sept. 24.
