
Austin Dillon Takes over Dow Diamond

MIDLAND, Mich. - In partnership with The Dow Chemical Company and Richard Childress Racing, the Great Lakes Loons will be hosting a "Back 2 School" event at Dow Diamond on Wednesday, August 12. Austin Dillon, driver of the No. 3 Dow Chevrolet, his crew chief and pit crew will be at the stadium to interact with fans.
You'll have the opportunity to drive a simulator, get a team of three together to try your skills at the pit crew challenge; enter for a chance to play in a kickball game with Dillon and more.
The event is free and open to the public. Hours are from 4:30-7 p.m.
You can enter for a chance to play in a kickball game with Dillon and the pit crew by donating school supplies. Fill a backpack with back to school gear such as folders, notebooks, pencils and crayons and bring them to the event. Supplies will be distributed to kids in need in the community for the new school year through local United Way agencies.
The first 100 guests to enter the stadium will receive a wrist band for autographs with Dillon, his crew chief and the pit crew. Kids under the age of 10 will have the chance to run the bases with Dillon, crew chief, pit crew and Lou E. Loon.
Fans will have the opportunity to take a photo with the No.3 Dow Chevrolet Show Car and purchase No.3 merchandise. Concessions stands will be open.
