Aubry, Manzano to Saint John; Langager Joins Chiefs

Johnstown, PA- Johnstown Chiefs Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations announced today that defenseman Ian Manzano, and goaltender Peter Aubry have been loaned to their American Hockey League affiliate, the Saint John Flames. The Flames re-assigned defenseman Jay Langager(LANG-gager) to the Chiefs today.

Manzano, 25, missed the Chiefs game last night (4-3 home loss to Lexington)as he was en route to New Brunswick. He has appeared in 7 games for the Chiefs this season posting 5 assists. He will be available for the Flames game tonight at home against the Bridgeport Soundtigers.

Aubry, 25, is 3-3-0 this season with a 3.14 GAA and a 0.910 save percentage. Aubry will be available for the Flames home game Saturday night against Bridgeport.

Langager, 21, has appeared in two scoreless games for the Flames this season. Last season the 6'1, 190 LBS native of Loreburn, Saskatchewan was a member of the Greenville Grrrowl's Kelly Cup championship team. In 62 games with the Grrrowl last season he scored 4 goals and 17 assists. He also saw action in 5 games with the Chicago Wolves (AHL) last season.

Langager will be available for the Chiefs game tonight when they visit the Toledo Storm. Tonight's radio/internet broadcast will be tape delayed due to Bishop McCort high school football playoffs.
