He played most of last season for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins appearing in 40 games. Robinson had five points in the AHL last year, all on assists. This season he has played in five games with the AHL Penguins and has two assists.
"Robinson is a great defenceman and we are glad to have him with us against Reading," stated Nailers head coach John Brophy. "When he played for our team last season he played hard and came here with a great attitude and I wouldn't expect anything less of him this time. With Soucy out on a suspension, Robinson will fill a big hole on the blue line for us."
