Atlanta United Trades Miguel Berry's Rights to LA Galaxy

ATLANTA - Atlanta United announced today it has traded the player rights for Miguel Berry to LA Galaxy in exchange for Galaxy's natural second round pick (No. 33) in the 2024 MLS SuperDraft.

Berry, who is out of contract, would be eligible to be selected in the MLS Re-Entry Draft (Stage 2) if he's not signed to an MLS team. Atlanta now has five selections in the 2024 MLS SuperDraft, No. 19, No. 33, No. 48, No. 72 and No. 77. The 2024 MLS SuperDraft is Tuesday, Dec. 19 at 3:00 p.m. ET and can be seen on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.
