
Angels Recall Quinlan

SALT LAKE CITY (April 21, 2010) - The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim announced today that the club has recalled infielder Robb Quinlan from Triple-A Salt Lake.
Quinlan, 33, has appeared in eight games with the Bees in 2010, hitting .219 with one RBI. In one game with the Angels this season, he pinch hit for Erick Aybar on April 8 in the Angels home game against the Minnesota Twins. In 54 games for the Angels in 2009, he hit .243 with five doubles, two homeruns and 14 RBI. The St. Paul, Minn. native was originally selected by the Angels in the 10th round of the 1999 draft.
