Amerks to Host Teacher Appreciation Day Presented by Coca-Cola on Monday, January 18

(Rochester, NY) - The Rochester Americans announced today that the team will host Teacher Appreciation Day presented by Coca-Cola when the Amerks play the Syracuse Crunch at 3:05 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 18 at The Blue Cross Arena.

With schools closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the Amerks are offering two complimentary tickets to all area school teachers. Teachers can obtain their tickets by visiting www.amerks.com/teacher. Additional tickets can be purchased for just $15.

Students will also be rewarded on Teacher Appreciation Day. Any K through 12 students with an A or A equivalent in any subject on their most recent report card can earn a free ticket to the game by showing their report card at The Blue Cross Arena Box Office.
