(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Americans announced today the team has launched a weekly newsletter to complement its new-look website, amerks.com. The newsletter and website were made possible through the team's partnership with national website company Infinity Pro Sports.
Through the Amerks' weekly newsletter, you'll receive the latest up-to-date news, features, ticket specials and more -- all delivered FREE right to your inbox. Subscribers can also directly access the team's Facebook, YouTube and Twitter pages from the newsletter's homepage. The newsletter also contains a Community Corner to alert fans when and where Amerks players will be out in the community.
Tonight, the Amerks welcome the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins to town for the first time since the 2006-07 season. The 7:05 p.m. Black Friday contest will be the first of four meetings this season with the Baby Pens and can be heard live on SportsRadio 1280 WHTK and FM 107.3, Rochester's Sports Talk. The matchup will also be televised live on Channel 98.
